Homestead Healing Therapy
Rooted in Texas. Grounded in Compassion.
Starting therapy can feel a little like opening a door you’ve been avoiding, equal parts curiosity and “do I really want to go there?” You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. My approach is grounded in building a genuine, supportive relationship where you can show up as you are, messy thoughts, tough emotions, and all. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on in your life, whether it’s relationships, stress, or big transitions, and find practical, meaningful ways forward. I bring a mix of warmth, honesty, and a bit of humor (because sometimes we need it) to help make the process feel a little more human and a lot less overwhelming.
